I started reading the Sugar Queen this hour. I don' t know if I am slap happy at this point (I don't think I am THAT tired) or this book is just my humor! Has anyone else read it who has found it funny?
I do have one problem with it though...it is the story of a "thick" girl (Sarah Addison Allen's word not mine) who loves candy. From another thick girl who loves Candy I can assure you that the size 2 girl on the cover of this book is NOT in any way shape or form - thick! Does it drive you crazy when the people on the cover don't match the description in the book - or is it just me?

That drives me crazy, too. I also hate it when girls in movies get called "fat" when they're, like, a size 10.
